About Us

These days, heroin, crack, methamphetamine, cocaine, LSD, ketamine, Ecstasy and other drugs are being more heavily abused by adolescents and adults than ever before. Families suffer huge losses while the drug addict steals, lies, gets arrested and goes to jail. Many go to drug treatment centers, only to go back to drugs after a short time.

The most commonly asked question is simply - How? How could my son, daughter, father, sister, or brother become a liar, a thief, someone who cannot be trusted? How could this happen? And why won.t they stop?

An addict faces many hurdles on the road back from the insanity of addiction. So many in fact that, most addicts become overwhelmed along the way and fall back into using. Cravings, Guilt and Depression are the primary barriers that an addict encounters. These barriers are almost impossible to break free of, and cause him to remain in the enslavement of addiction.

Drug-Rehabs.org is part of a non-profit social betterment organization established in September of 2002. Recognizing the need for a helping hand to those who suffer from an addiction, this website was created. We know how important recovering from drug addiction is, and we understand that selecting a drug treatment program from among the many that are out there can be a daunting task. Our primary goal is to get addicts to people who can help. We recognize that not all drug treatment centers are equal, and we have established a way to match people to safe, trustable treatment services. Through this website addicts wishing to recovery are able to choose the type of drug rehabilitation method most beneficial for their individual needs as well as rehabs specializing in their particular addiction. Our staff provides the important information relating to the numerous different types of treatment options and locations available on a national scale.
