Criminal justice clients are those who are in any type of drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility as a result of alcohol or drug related criminal offense. This can occur for instance when someone is convicted of a DUI or DWI, and for any other type of drug related offense which has led the court to believe the individual has any sort of drug abuse issue. Not everybody has the option of taking part in an alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility as a criminal justice client, but if this approach is ordered from the judge it's well advised that the individual do everything they can to make the most of this chance.
