Criminal justice clients are people who are in any sort of alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility as a result of a drug or alcohol related crime. This can occur for example if someone else is convicted of drunk driving or DWI, or for any other type of drug related crime which has led the judge to think that the individual has any sort of drug abuse issue. Not everybody has the option of taking part in a drug rehab program as a criminal justice client, but if this option is ordered through the court it's wise that the individual try everything they can to take full advantage of this chance.
