Aurora - Criminal Justice Clients

Criminal justice clients are people who are in any kind of drug and alcohol rehab center due to a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This can occur for instance when someone is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, or for any other type of drug related criminal offense which has led a legal court to think the individual has any kind of drug abuse issue. Not every person has the option of getting involved in an alcohol and drug treatment facility as a criminal justice client, but when this approach is ordered from the court it's well advised that the individual do everything they are able to to make the most of this opportunity. On many occasions, other penalties and consequences may be entirely eradicated or lessened when the individual succeeds in rehabilitation and finishes the alcohol and drug rehabilitation program which has been ordered for them. New offenders are the most likely criminal justice clients because it has been determined that criminal justice clients who experience rehab in place of other penalties have significantly lower recidivism rates than those people who are ordered to time in jail or similar consequences. Ultimately, it saves a legal court system both time and money when criminal justice clients receive powerful rehabilitation.
