Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any type of alcohol and drug rehabilitation center due to a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will occur for example if someone else is found guilty of driving under the influence or DWI, and for any other kind of drug related criminal offense which has led the judge to think that the individual has any sort of drug or alcohol use issue.
