Criminal justice clients are those who are in any sort of drug treatment center due to a drug or alcohol related offense. This can occur for example when someone is found guilty of driving under the influence or DWI, or for any other type of drug related offense which has led the court to think the individual has any sort of substance abuse issue. Not everybody has the option of getting involved in a drug and alcohol rehab facility as a criminal justice client, however, if this option is ordered from the court it's well advised that the individual do everything they are able to to make the most of this chance.
