Criminal Justice Clients - Boston, MA.

Criminal justice clients are those who are in any sort of alcohol and drug treatment facility as a result of a drug or alcohol related offense. This will happen for example if someone else is convicted of a DUI or DWI, or for any other kind of drug related crime which has led the judge to believe the individual has any type of substance abuse issue. Not everybody has the option of taking part in a drug and alcohol treatment facility as a criminal justice client, but if this approach is ordered by the judge it is well advised that the individual try everything they can to get the most from this opportunity. On many occasions, other penalties and consequences may be entirely eradicated or lessened when the individual does well in treatment and finishes the drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility that is ordered for them. First time offenders are the most likely criminal justice clients because it has been determined that criminal justice clients who take part in treatment instead of other consequences have much lower recidivism rates than those who find themselves ordered to incarceration or similar consequences. In the end, it saves the court system both money and time when criminal justice clients obtain powerful rehabilitation.
