Criminal justice clients are people who are in any type of alcohol and drug treatment center on account of alcohol or drug related criminal offense. This will occur for example if someone else is found guilty of drunk driving or DWI, or for any other kind of drug related criminal offense which has led a legal court to believe the individual has any kind of drug or alcohol use issue.
