DUI/DWI clients that are taking part in drug rehabilitation centers are either there on their own accord, but most of the time in alcohol and drug rehab due to a mandated order from the court. DUI/DWI clients, specifically initial offenders may be required to go to rehab either instead of other consequences or as part of their sentence.
