Partial day rehab centers treat drug abuse disorders and mental health disorders that could be co-occurring. In the partial day rehab center the person participates in various treatment activities in daytime and after that returns home at nighttime, anywhere from five to seven days every week. Partial day rehab centers are an excellent choice for alcohol or drug addicted folks who may struggle to afford inpatient or residential drug rehabilitation, or who may not be able to be apart from their loved ones whilst in inpatient or residential rehab. During a partial day rehab center, individuals experience group, one-on-one and in many cases family therapy and counseling for drug or alcohol use issues while handling whatever mental health disorder is ailing them. You will need to handle both issues concurrently when there is any hope for individuals maintaining any type of long-term sobriety and be able to regain a healthy lifestyle. This will take several weeks simply because that it is a part-time treatment option, but it will likely be worth it for the rehabilitation client along with their families ultimately whenever they can move forward with a new beginning.
