Criminal justice clients are those who are in any type of alcohol and drug treatment facility as a result of alcohol or drug related criminal offense. This will occur for instance when someone is found guilty of drunk driving or DWI, or for any other type of drug related crime which has led the court to think that the individual has any sort of drug or alcohol use issue.
