Criminal justice clients are those who are in any kind of drug treatment program on account of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will happen for example when someone is found guilty of driving under the influence or DWI, or for any other kind of drug related criminal offense that has led the judge to think the individual has any kind of drug or alcohol use issue. Not everyone has the option of getting involved in an alcohol and drug rehabilitation facility as a criminal justice client, but if this option is ordered from the judge it is strongly advised that the individual do everything they can to get the most from this chance.
