Criminal justice clients are those who are in any type of alcohol and drug rehab center because of a drug or alcohol related offense. This will happen for example when someone is convicted of drunk driving or DWI, or any other kind of drug related criminal offense that has led the court to think the individual has any sort of drug or alcohol use issue.
