Criminal justice clients are those who are in any type of drug rehab center on account of alcohol or drug related criminal offense. This can occur for example if someone else is convicted of driving under the influence or DWI, and for any other type of drug related criminal offense which has led the judge to think that the individual has any sort of drug abuse issue. Not everyone has the option of taking part in a drug rehabilitation facility as a criminal justice client, but if this option is ordered through the court it's strongly advised that the individual do everything they are able to to benefit from this opportunity. In many cases, other penalties and consequences could be completely eliminated or lessened in the event the individual succeeds in rehab and completes the drug rehabilitation program that has been ordered for them.
