DUI/DWI clients who're taking part in drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers are either there by their own choice, but more often than not in drug and alcohol rehab as part of a mandated order from the court. DUI/DWI clients, particularly initial offenders may be ordered to rehabilitation either in place of other consequences or as part of their sentence.
