Criminal justice clients are people who are in any kind of drug and alcohol treatment center because of alcohol or drug related crime. This will happen for instance if someone is found guilty of driving under the influence or DWI, or any other type of drug related crime which has led the court to believe that the individual has any type of substance abuse issue.
