Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any kind of drug and alcohol rehabilitation center on account of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This can occur for instance if someone else is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, or for any other kind of drug related criminal offense which has led a legal court to believe that the individual has any kind of drug or alcohol use issue.
