DUI/DWI clients who are taking part in drug treatment programs are generally there by their own choice, but most of the time in drug and alcohol rehab as part of a mandated court ruling. This could certainly save lives, not just the lives of the DUI/DWI clients, but people who may be affected by their drug or alcohol use when they drive while drunk or high in the foreseeable future.
