DUI/DWI clients that are involved in alcohol and drug rehab facilities are generally there on their own accord, but generally in alcohol and drug treatment due to a mandated court order. DUI/DWI clients, especially first-time offenders could be required to go to treatment either instead of other consequences or as part of their sentence.
