Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any type of drug and alcohol rehab center due to alcohol or drug related criminal offense. This will happen for example when someone is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, or for any other kind of drug related crime which has led the court to think the individual has any sort of drug abuse issue.
