Members of the military need to be able to access excellent drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and if the circumstances arise that they require this help their military insurance can cover the costs of many different types of drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Military insurance covers inpatient, residential, and outpatient alcohol and drug rehab facilities as well as preventative and educational services for people in the military. Their dependents will also be covered in many instances by military insurance and any benefits which would cover the expense of drug rehabilitation and any other type of substance abuse treatment service. When someone is a veteran they are able to also take advantage of the same alcohol and drug rehabilitation services as someone who is actively doing work in the military. In fact, drug and alcohol use among veterans is fairly common due to stress as well as physical and emotional trauma they may suffer throughout their service. Combat veterans in particular could be prone to drug abuse due to these situations, and it is important they are helped effectively and efficiently. Thankfully, there's help available and both veterans and active people in the military and dependents can participate in many different drug and alcohol treatment services that are covered through their military insurance.
