Outpatient treatment gives treatment clients the opportunity to sustain certain obligations and elements of their way of life while taking part in drug and alcohol rehab services. Outpatient treatment is a moderate level of rehab, and should not be mistaken for the level of rehab provided within an inpatient or residential rehab setting which can be much more intensive.
