DUI/DWI clients who are involved in drug rehab facilities are either there by their own choice, but most of the time in drug rehabilitation as part of a mandatory court ruling. DUI/DWI clients, especially initial offenders could be required to go to rehabilitation either instead of other consequences or as part of their sentence.
