Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any kind of alcohol and drug treatment center due to a drug or alcohol related crime. This will occur for instance if someone is found guilty of driving under the influence or DWI, or any other kind of drug related crime that has led a legal court to believe the individual has any sort of drug abuse issue. Not every person has the option of taking part in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program as a criminal justice client, but if this option is ordered by the judge it is well advised that the individual do everything they are able to to get the most from this chance.
