DUI/DWI clients who're taking part in drug treatment centers are generally there on their own accord, but most of the time in drug and alcohol rehab as part of a mandated court ruling. DUI/DWI clients, especially initial offenders might be required to go to rehabilitation either in lieu of other penalties or as part of their sentence.
