Criminal justice clients are people who are in any sort of drug and alcohol rehab center because of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will occur for example if a person is found guilty of driving under the influence or DWI, and for any other kind of drug related crime that has led a legal court to believe the individual has any type of substance abuse issue.
