Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any sort of drug and alcohol rehab program due to alcohol or drug related crime. This will occur for instance when someone is found guilty of drunk driving or DWI, or any other type of drug related offense which has led the judge to think that the individual has any kind of drug or alcohol use issue.
