DUI/DWI clients who're involved in drug and alcohol rehab centers are generally there by their own choice, but more often than not in alcohol and drug rehabilitation due to a mandated court order. DUI/DWI clients, specifically first-time offenders might be required to go to treatment either in place of other penalties or as a part of a sentence.
