DUI/DWI clients who're taking part in drug rehab facilities are either there on their own accord, but generally in alcohol and drug treatment due to a mandatory court order. DUI/DWI clients, specifically first-time offenders might be required to go to treatment either in place of other consequences or as part of their sentence.
