Criminal justice clients are those who are in any type of drug and alcohol treatment program as a result of alcohol or drug related offense. This will happen for example when someone is convicted of a DUI or DWI, or for any other kind of drug related offense that has led the court to believe the individual has any sort of drug abuse issue.
