DUI/DWI clients who're involved in drug rehab facilities are generally there by their own choice, but more often than not in alcohol and drug treatment due to a mandatory order from the court. DUI/DWI clients, specifically first-time offenders might be required to go to rehabilitation either in place of other consequences or as a part of a sentence.
