Criminal Justice Clients - South Windsor

Criminal justice clients are people who are in any type of alcohol and drug treatment program because of alcohol or drug related crime. This will happen for example if someone else is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, or any other kind of drug related criminal offense which has led the court to believe the individual has any type of drug or alcohol use issue. Not everybody has the option of taking part in an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program as a criminal justice client, but if this option is ordered by the court it is strongly advised that the individual do everything they're able to to take full advantage of this chance. In many cases, other penalties and consequences may be totally eliminated or lessened if the individual does well in treatment and finishes the drug and alcohol rehabilitation program that is ordered for them. First time offenders will be the most likely criminal justice clients because it has been proven that criminal justice clients that experience rehabilitation instead of other consequences have significantly lower recidivism rates than those who are ordered to prison time or receive other penalties. Ultimately, it saves a legal court system both time and expense when criminal justice clients obtain powerful rehab.
