Criminal justice clients are those who are in any sort of drug treatment facility on account of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will occur for instance if someone else is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, or any other type of drug related criminal offense which has led a legal court to believe that the individual has any type of substance abuse issue. Not everybody has the option of getting involved in an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program as a criminal justice client, but when this option is ordered by the judge it is wise that the individual do everything they're able to to take full advantage of this opportunity.
