Criminal justice clients are people who are in any sort of drug and alcohol treatment program as a result of alcohol or drug related criminal offense. This will happen for instance if a person is convicted of a DUI or DWI, or for any other type of drug related crime which has led the judge to think the individual has any type of drug abuse issue.
