Sterling Heights - Criminal Justice Clients

Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any kind of drug and alcohol rehab center as a result of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will happen for example if a person is found guilty of driving under the influence or DWI, and for any other type of drug related criminal offense which has led a legal court to think the individual has any kind of drug or alcohol use issue. Not everyone has the option of getting involved in a drug rehab facility as a criminal justice client, but if this approach is ordered through the judge it's wise that the individual try everything they can to take full advantage of this chance. Most of the time, other penalties and consequences can be entirely eliminated or lessened if the individual succeeds in rehab and completes the drug rehab facility that has been ordered for them. New offenders will be the most probable criminal justice clients because it has been established that criminal justice clients that take part in rehab in place of other penalties have much lower recidivism rates than those who are ordered to jail time or receive other penalties. In the end, it saves the court system both time and expense when criminal justice clients obtain effective rehabilitation.
