Criminal justice clients are individuals who are in any kind of drug and alcohol rehab center as a result of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will happen for example if a person is found guilty of driving under the influence or DWI, and for any other type of drug related criminal offense which has led a legal court to think the individual has any kind of drug or alcohol use issue.
