Criminal justice clients are people who are in any kind of drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility due to a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will occur for example when someone is convicted of a DUI or DWI, and for any other type of drug related criminal offense that has led the judge to believe that the individual has any type of drug abuse issue.
