Criminal justice clients are people who are in any kind of drug and alcohol treatment center because of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will occur for example if someone is convicted of drunk driving or DWI, and for any other kind of drug related criminal offense that has led a legal court to think that the individual has any sort of drug or alcohol use issue.
