Criminal justice clients are people who are in any type of alcohol and drug treatment program because of a drug or alcohol related criminal offense. This will happen for instance if a person is found guilty of a DUI or DWI, and for any other kind of drug related crime that has led the judge to think the individual has any kind of drug or alcohol use issue.
